Step 1 - Measure Band Size:
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage directly under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the ground. Round to the nearest even number. This is your band size.

Step 2 - Measure Bust Size:
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra. Keep the tape comfortably snug and parallel to the ground.

Step 3 - Calculate Cup Size:
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch of difference equals one cup size.

Fitting Tips:

• If between sizes, size up in the band for more comfort
• Sister sizing: If 34C is too tight in band, try 36B (same cup volume, larger band)
• Always fasten on the loosest hook when new - band will stretch over time
• Scoop and swoop: After fastening, lean forward and adjust breast tissue into cups
• The majority of support should come from the band, not the straps
